We ship worldwide! The vast majority of shipments to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) take approximately 24-48 hours (working days) from the day the order is confirmed, although in no case is delivery guaranteed within that period.

Shipments to Europe are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Shipments to the rest of the world are delivered within approximately 5 to 7 business days from the confirmation date.

In periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, due to the number of shipments and volume of work both in NEARE Clothes and in courier companies, the delivery time is extended to 15 working days.

For this reason, we advise placing orders with more margin on these dates to guarantee their delivery on time.

This time may be subject to variations such as the conditions of the destination courier company, the season of placing the order or possible conflicts in the destination area.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping costs are 6€ to Spain. (For purchases over 50€, shipping will be free of charge)

For the European Union, the shipping cost is 11€, (from purchases over 80€, shipping will be free) and for shipments outside Europe the cost will be 25€.

In the event that the shipment is unsuccessful due to causes external to the transport company and imply the responsibility of the client, a new shipment must be paid for. In the event that the customer does not want a new shipment, a refund will be made for the products purchased less the transportation service provided.

The deadline for changes and returns is 15 days.

For the return, you must send it at your own expense using the shipping company of your choice to the sender address from which we shipped the item.

We'll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays; this timeframe may be longer during holiday or busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas).

In the case of a return, once we receive the returned item at our facilities (usually within 24-48 hours of collection), we will issue a refund. If you paid via PayPal or Amazon Pay, the refund will be reflected immediately in your account; if you paid by card, it usually takes a couple of business days. Shipping costs for the original order, if applicable, are non-refundable, as this is an expense beyond Neare Clothes' responsibility.

All exchanges or returns originating from a destination with customs clearance (for example, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla) must always be sent with the customs fees paid. Neare Clothes will not cover any customs fees under any circumstances.
