The deadline for changes and returns is 15 days.
For the return, you must send it at your own expense using the shipping company of your choice to the sender address from which we shipped the item.
Whether you're looking for an exchange or a return, you must send us an email to hello@neareclothes.com , including your order number in the subject line and indicating what you're requesting (exchange or return) and the reason (for example, size too big or too small). We'll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays; this timeframe may be longer during holiday or busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas).
In the case of a return, once we receive the returned item at our facilities (usually within 24-48 hours of collection), we will issue a refund. If you paid via PayPal or Amazon Pay, the refund will be reflected immediately in your account; if you paid by card, it usually takes a couple of business days. Shipping costs for the original order, if applicable, are non-refundable, as this is an expense beyond Neare Clothes' responsibility.
All exchanges or returns originating from a destination with customs clearance (for example, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla) must always be sent with the customs fees paid. Neare Clothes will not cover any customs fees under any circumstances.
