The Company Neare Clothes SL with address at Calle de la Madera 31, 1 ext D, and identification number B-02860625 organizes for promotional purposes the “Dior Bag By John Galliano” raffle (hereinafter, “The Raffle”) at a national level, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in mainland Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the conditions to participate section.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on Friday, October 6, and will end on Wednesday, November 7 at 11:59 p.m. (Peninsular time).
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

4. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
1 winner and alternates will be chosen through a random drawing with the Echaloasuerte.com application ( https://echaloasuerte.com/ ) or similar on Thursday, November 8.
The selection of winners and substitutes will be carried out randomly through the Echaloasuerte platform. Echaloasuerte is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the draw.
The winners will receive a Dior by John Galliano bag valued at 199 euros as a prize.
The winners will be announced through our Instagram and the winner will be informed via email. If, within seven days after the closing of the draw, no response is received from the winner, the substitute will be chosen.
The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5. LIMITATIONS
If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under of this Promotion.

Neasre Clothes reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior communication in legal form, to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion.

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant regarding of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and does not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
