We ship worldwide! The vast majority of shipments to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) take approximately 24-48 hours (working days) from the day the order is confirmed, although in no case is delivery guaranteed within that period.

Shipments to Europe are delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Shipments to the rest of the world are delivered within approximately 5 to 7 business days from the confirmation date.

In periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, due to the number of shipments and volume of work both in NEARE Clothes and in courier companies, the delivery time is extended to 15 working days.

For this reason, we advise placing orders with more margin on these dates to guarantee their delivery on time.

This time may be subject to variations such as the conditions of the destination courier company, the season of placing the order or possible conflicts in the destination area.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping costs are 6€ to Spain. (For purchases over 50, shipping will be free of charge)

For the European Union, the shipping cost is 11, (from purchases over 80€, shipping will be free) and for shipments outside Europe the cost will be 15 (from purchases over 100, shipping will be free).

In the event that the shipment is unsuccessful due to causes external to the transport company and imply the responsibility of the client, a new shipment must be paid for. In the event that the customer does not want a new shipment, a refund will be made for the products purchased less the transportation service provided.

The period for changes and returns is 15 days.

For the return you have to send it on your own with the transport company you prefer to the sender address from which we sent the shipment.

Whether it is for an exchange or a return, you must send us an email to hello@neareclothes.com, putting your order number in the subject and telling us what you want (exchange or return) and the reason (for example, a size that is too big or small). We will respond to you in less than 24 hours (without taking into account weekends and holidays, this period may be increased during holiday periods or busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas).

In the case of a return, once we receive the garment that you have returned at our facilities (this is usually 24-48 hours after collection) we proceed to issue a refund for the garment. If you have paid through Paypal or Amazon Pay, the refund is reflected immediately in your account; if you have paid by card, it usually takes a couple of business days. The shipping costs of the original order, if any, are under no circumstances refundable as this is an expense beyond the control of Neare Clothes.

All exchanges or returns coming from a destination with customs (for example the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla) must always be sent with customs charges paid, Neare Clothes will not assume customs charges in any case.
